Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The product must be in the same condition as received
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

To initiate a return, contact us at info@ezzence.in with your order details.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for return shipping.

Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective item
  • A wrong product

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos at info@ezzence.in, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable food items (including snacks)
  • Opened or used products
  • Custom or bulk orders
  • Sale items and gift cards

However, if there is a quality issue, we will offer a replacement or refund after verification.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If eligible, you may:

  1. Return the item (if applicable)
  2. Place a new order for the required product

European Union Orders

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return within 14 days, provided:

  • Items are unused and unopened
  • In original packaging with proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you of approval or rejection
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method

Please note:

  • Banks/payment providers may take additional time to process refunds
  • If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, contact us at info@ezzence.in
