Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
In case of high order volumes, processing may be slightly delayed. We will notify you in such cases.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Time:
- Within Kerala: 2–4 business days
- Rest of India: 3–7 business days
- International Orders: 7–14 business days (depending on destination)
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email/SMS with tracking details.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD may be available for selected locations within India. Additional charges may apply.

Damages & Issues During Shipping
ezzence is not liable for damages caused during transit. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share photos/videos for verification

We will assist you with a replacement or resolution.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:
